Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Hummus
Roast red peppers and garlic covered in oil, 400*F for 25 min
2 cups Chickpeas
3 Tbs Tahini
1 Lemon Juiced
2 Bell Peppers Roasted
1 Tbs water
1 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp Balsalmic vinegar
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cajun Power
In a blender, blend until creamy.
Top with favorite toppings, seeds, etc.
