Fully loaded lox bagels

Good morning! How about an appetizing and delicious breakfast involving an upscale fully loaded bagel with all of the fixings on top of wild Alaskan lox. This breakfast, weighing in at a rough total of 465 calories will keep you full and satisfied until the next meal of the day without making you feel lethargic.

INGREDIENTS:
Dave's Killer Bread, the Epic Everything Bagel
Wild Alaskan Smoked Sockeye Salmon
Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
Campari Tomatoes on the vine
Organic English Cucumber
Red Onion
Capers
Baby Dill

Epic Everything Bagel, 47 Carbs | 4.5g Fat | 12g Protein
Smoked Sockeye Salmon, 2g Carbs | 1.5g Fat | 13g Protein
Whipped Cream Cheese Spread, 2g Carbs | 4g Fat | 1g Protein

Most of the macros will come from these three items, so you can decide how generous you want to be with your portion sizes. Quality of the lox is very important to me and I only strive to buy the wild caught instead of the Norwegian farm raised for many reasons including toxicity. However, there is a double the price difference between these two products. Quality > Quantity
The bagel or the bread can also be substituted for, often times I use my favorite bread as the base, a gluten free 100% whole grain bread from Canyon Bakehouse. This bread toasts so well and does not have a cardboard taste like most gluten free products. however, macros content are completely cut to a small portion as compared to the Killer Dave's Everything bagel.

Slice up tomato and cucumbers into thinly cut pieces to topple the lox and bagel.

Slice onion into thin rings, one slice should manage decorating two halves of the bagel.
Top with capers for that salty flavor, and decorate with a healthy bundle of greens in baby dill.

BON APPETITE!
