Mason Jar Salads


Loaded up two masor jar salads for the next couple days. Dressing consists of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, tajin seasoning, salt and pepper. On the bottom of the jar, cucumbers go in as the first veggie. They are cut thick enough to not get soggy from the dressing, and can also marinate in the dressing for great flavor. Next the tomatoes, onion, and whatever other veggies you have laying around you can toss in the middle. Next, some protein, (I had some leftover chicken from another recipe I reused- adding more flavor). And top with some mixed greens.  
Keep the jar upright until it is time to feast, flip the jar and allow the dressing to spread all throughout the salad. Open, Eat, Enjoy.
