Oil pulling- my morning regimen

I always try to look for various natural things I could use to make myself healthy. So the first thing I usually do n the mornings is something called Oil Pulling. I absolutely cannot stand coconut, but for health I am willing to try anything. Every morning before breakfast I swish around in my mouth a teaspoon of coconut oil for 15-20 minutes. This process is said to increase your metabolism aiding in weight loss. I've also noticed some changes with stronger nails and shinier hair.
