A very berry smoothie.
Handful Baby Kale
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Oats
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Top it with your favorites, today I have almond slices, hemp seed, banana, kiwi, and blueberries.
